KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Located at the European Divisional Support Centre in Irvine, Ayrshire, this 12 to 15 month placement will report to a key member of the Dealer Support team.

The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:

Support dealers in co-ordinations of orders from quotations through to shipment.
Providing sales order support for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) sales team.
Issue Credit notes, maintenance of shipment files and updating manufacturing delays.
Analysis and reporting of product availability.
Planning and shipment support of imported products from U.S.
Identification, management and delivery of process improvement project.
