To continue our growth, we seek an Account manager who has strong experience in managing and nurturing key accounts. You will have had the opportunity to work on projects start to finish. You will be able to prioritise your workload and know how to maximiserevenue across your accounts.
Description
- Managing a range of client projects and retainers from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks
- Overseeing account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise revenue
- Acting as a key day to day contact for client liaison, ensuring their needs are met while balancing team resource
- Being solutions focussed. Surprising and delighting clients to solve their problems
- Responsible for ensuring day to day KPIs are met
- Managing the monitoring, reporting and measurement a project's progress
- Planning and executing across communications channels, including influencer marketing, organic/paid social media, events, paid media, content etc. Demonstrating a degree of specialism in one or more of these areas.
- Collaborating with and managing executives, freelancers, assistants, suppliers, coworkers and delegating roles and responsibilities accordingly
- Working across our teams to deliver awardwinning work that surpasses a client's expectations, brief and budget
- Preparing budgets, tracking project costs in order to meet budget
- Supporting the development of junior members of the team, coaching and mentoring them to reach goals
Must Haves
- Minimum two years' experience in PR roles
- Experience managing communications projects and people
- Experience in negotiating (from deadlines to agreements)
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Experience in planning and developing marketing content (predominantly PR and social content)
- Excellent organisational
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your project team
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to monitor and control budgets
- Proven ability to manage client expectations
