Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Manager in London to join a Financial Planning firm.

This award winning Chartered financial planning firm provide wealth planning and investment management and are now looking for a driven and organised Manager to join their team.

Due to fantastic growth over the past couple of years with an ambitious growth plan moving forward, they have taken on some exceptional new hires and are continuing to grow their teams.

As a People Manager, you will be providing support to the People Directorand Recruitment Officer with focus on employee benefits, employee relations and compliance.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Manage, investigate and review employee benefits alongside the People & Culture Director and Employee Benefits Director
Lead and manage compliance and regulatory responsibilities
Manage employee relations including dismissals, underperformances issues, occupational health, etc
Support with acquisitions and integrations
Contribute to the development and maintenance of people policy
Support with recruitment process
HR project work

Benefits:

Salary circa £50,000+

9am to 5:30pm

Skills and experience required:

At least 3 years' experience within a relevant role
Experience within IFA setting (advantageous)
Good working knowledge of the FCA regulations, compliance regime, notably SMCR.
