Catering Assistant - Sidmouth Primary School (with delivery)

Salary £19,760.00 pro rata
Equates to £9.50 per hour

hpw, Monday to Friday

Shift pattern: 9.45am 1pm
45p per mile mileage entitlement
Termtime only

South West Norse is the successful service partnership between Devon County Council and Norse Group, delivery a range of essential facilities management services to a growing number of clients in the region.

We are currently looking to recruit a
Catering Assistant to join the team based at Sidmouth Primary School.

We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance.

This is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis.

As part of the role, you will be required to collect meals from Sidmouth Primary School and deliver to Colyton & Musbury Primary school.

Therefore it is essential you hold a
_Full UK Driving Licence and a vehicle _for the role.

Your Experience:

We are happy to offer full support and training if you are looking to start a career within catering, however it would be an advantage for you to demonstrate:

Experience within a catering or dining environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Great communication skills
Good attention to detail whilst delivering an excellent customer service
