IFA Administrator Role Description:

The IFA Administrator will provide support to the Adviser to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This will include new business processing, obtaining plan information from product providers as well as meeting preparation obtaining valuations and illustrations.

Maintaining back-office systems to ensure data is accurate & up to date. General administration duties such as answering the phone, dealing with general correspondence, and other basic office duties. Further responsibilities are expected to develop.


IFA Administrator Required work experience/skills:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an IFA/Financial company is preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience using Financial Advice platforms and software is preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience of working with Intelligent Office software is a bonus.
