Development Manager, national digital advertising company, Yorkshire and North East region, remote role

Your new company
An exciting opportunity to join the UK's largest private property owner of Out of Home media assets.

Your new role

Your role will be a remote position working as part of a national development team with your region being Yorkshire and the North East.

You will be responsible for negotiating with property owners to acquire existing advertising sites, and further grow thebusiness' site portfolio.

Some leads will be provided from an existing clients but you will be expected to be able to manage your own workload and generate your own leads.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need to have commercial property or lettings experience and be confident in managing your own workload.

You will need to be self motivated and driven as it is a remote working role. You will need a full clean UK driving licence and be comfortabletravelling regularly for the role.
