Job description:

A well-established public sector organisation in Leeds city centre is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The position works on a hybrid basis of two days per week on site.

  • Maximising workforce effectiveness across designated client areas
  • Assisting line managers to manage their people
  • Working in partnership with business leaders to ensure operational gaols are achieved through effective people management and maximising workforce performance through proactive support and advice to managers
  • Leading the provision of a professional, businessfocused HR service to departments
  • Fully understanding the business planning priorities, targets and KPI's for departments and identifying associate people implications and making recommendations for managers actions
  • Providing support and expert advice to managers in performance, capability management and dispute resolution
  • Providing policy advise and guidance to managers and staff
  • Supporting the Director of HR in the delivery of the People Strategy
