Location - Hampshire

Pay Rates - From £28 000 per year.

If you are dynamic, adaptable, dedicated, and enthusiastic, we want to hear from you We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our highly dedicated team at OneCall24 Healthcare.

OneCall24 Healthcare is looking to recruit a Field Team Leader to work with our amazing clients who live in their own homes.

This role involves the delivery of clinical tasks, oversight, day to day management of a care team, training, and development, liaising with therapists and the development and management of care plans.

You will be under direct supervision from our nurse managers in the area.

Working alongside our highly skilled Regional Nurse Managers, you will be on hand to support and work with all employees and clients to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Driver
2 years' experience in care
