Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Junior Producer (Social Video) to be based in London, UK.

FEED BASED/


SHORT FORM CONTENT:
90%


Your primary focus will be the creation of original video content ideas and formats within the realms of Sport, Culture, and Gaming, specifically tailored for our social channels at Red Bull (Instagram/TikTok).

The ultimate goal is to expand our UK audience and foster deeper engagement.


As a content creator and producer, you should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, with a proven track record for creating high performing content on these platforms, and with it an innate sense of which creative approaches are most effective.

You will have an established network of producers, directors, and editors who can deliver outstanding content for these platforms. Your hunger for action and results-driven mindset will drive your initiatives.

Moreover, you should be adept at analyzing data to inform your creative strategies and unwavering in your commitment to delivering content that aligns with the Red Bull brand.


Your versatility is key; you should be just as comfortable shooting content with your phone as you are leading external production teams.

Your ability to convey a clear vision, from concept to execution, is crucial to success in this role.


You must excel in interpersonal communication, building strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals, from athletes to senior management.

We anticipate you will become an authority in this field, offering guidance and direction to external resources when necessary, and providing constructive feedback at every production stage to ensure the best possible results.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in educating our internal teams on innovative content development and strategies for these platforms.

Currently, your focus will be on three key areas : Social first athlete initiative / Returnable social formats
/ Work alongside our social team to build out projects and events to deliver social specific opportunities, growing our potential reach and impact.





MID FORM CONTENT:
10%


Whilst not a focus, there will be the opportunity to contribute to and work across the ideation, development and execution of some projects in the mid form space, namely for Youtube.

Whilst your experience might sit within short form content production, we are looking for people who aspire to add to their skillset and make the most of the opportunities available to learn and therefore expand their potential impact on the business.

Build strong relationships with key internal/external partners.
Build strong relationships with key production partners.


Qualifications:

Demonstratable success in the social content space
Track record in development of platform specific formats and returnables.
Expert editorial eye
Proven ability to deliver impact (views, watch time, sentiment)
Digging into and interpreting data, turning it into actionable insight with proven success.
Managing external production partners and productions.
Strong relationships with external production companies specifically in the area of social content.
Confident presenter and strategic thinker, with new ideas to transform our content approach in the UK.
