    Job Title: Change Lead

    We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Change Lead to drive the establishment and ongoing development of our change management capability.

    The Role:

    You will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape, implement and embed change strategies that align with our goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of a firm-wide change management framework, methodology, and toolkit.
    • Build and develop internal capability for managing change through training, coaching, and support for project and business teams.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned with the Firm's strategic objectives.
    • Provide change management leadership and support to major transformation programmes and business-critical projects.
    • Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communications plans, and training initiatives.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts and drive continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enabling them to effectively lead their teams through change.

    About You:

    • Proven experience in leading change management within complex, global corporate environments.
    • A track record of building or significantly maturing change capability from the ground up.
    • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR), and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Strong project delivery mindset with the ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience in professional services or similar people-centric, matrixed organisations is highly desirable.
