Description
Our client is a specialist design, fabricator and installation business working with construction sectorThey have recently moved to new offices located on the outskirts of Weston-Super-Mare.
They are looking to recruit an Accounts / Admin assistant. The role requires you to take a confident, professional and support service to the business. Some of the duties include,
Raising PO's
Maintaining Sales ledger
Provide administrative support
Maintaining the filing systems and managing the archiving process
Produce and distribute correspondence
Support the various parts of the business
Handle confidence documents
It is essential you have Sage and Excel experience
Ideally with accounts and admin experience you will need to be able to prioritise workloads along with having attention to details.
