Insurance Technician, London


We are working with a Lloyd's Marine specialist Insurance Brokerage, seeking an insurance professional to join their team based in London.

Having established an excellent reputation in the market, they are entering an exciting period of growth.


About the role:


Responsibilities include:


  • Processing and data entry of risks onto the Broking System.
  • Creation & issuance of Evidence of Coverage documents as required
  • Process and submission of LPANs (London Premium Advice Notes) to Xchanging in accordance with market standard practices.
  • Creation of payment bordereaux from the Broking System in accordance with Xchanging practices and guidelines.
  • Carrying out Sanctions Checking as and when applicable using our sanctions platform.
  • Ensure client service delivery is continuously reviewed, monitored to achieve optimal client satisfaction
  • Trusted support to senior account handlers, brokers, and clients on all elements of post placement.

About you:


  • Previous Experience in a processing role or a position of a similar nature
  • Strong communicator / Team Player
  • Willing to be versatile in classes of business
  • Compliant with all FCA Regulations & Standards

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
