Job Summary:
We are seeking a Trainee Baker to join our team at Good Taste.

As a Trainee Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, learning the skills and techniques required to become a professional baker.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products.
• Learn and follow recipes and production processes under the guidance of experienced bakers.
• Operate baking equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sanitation and food safety practices.
• Assist in inventory management, including ingredient preparation and stock rotation.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Passion for baking and a strong interest in pursuing a career in the culinary industry.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
