  • Its hybrid so 2 days onsite in stateoftheart offices in Staines parking is available or it's a short walk to the train station.
  • The role will begin as a 12month contract (possibility of extension)

Your profile

  • To be successful within this role you will ideally have gained 2+ years' experience supporting customers within a software, SaaS, PaaS or similar environment.
  • You will have experience troubleshooting and basic ITIL knowledge.
  • You will have gained experience working with an IT ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, SolarWinds etc

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

£32,000.00 per year
