Priory Hospital East Midlands is comprised of:
Littlemore Ward - female psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU)

Barton Ward - an acute ward for females with a broad range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and personality disorders


The service will be dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care, which will enable patient's recovery and re-engagement with the community.

The Role Purpose is to manage and be responsible for the operation of the Hospital including Estates and Facilities.

Directly Line Manage Housekeeping, Admin, Medical Secretaries, Maintenance, Reception & Catering and be part of the Hospital Senior Management Team.


Manage and develop the Support Services ensuring highest quality services for the team, whilst working with the Hospital Director and Regional Finance Manager ensure the hospitals assets, and budgets are managed.

Work with internal and exteranal contractors to ensure jobs are completed to specification and within budgets. Responsible for all people issues, leading, developing, recruiting ant motivating team members. Communicates and implements Priory policies and procedures, ensuring all regulatory, Health and Safety and operational standards are adehered to.
