Hyde is looking to recruit a Safer Homers Officer.

As a Safer Homes Office, you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods Team to provide support to the Contract Managers ensuring programmes run efficiently and are fully compliant.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Safer Homes databases in an efficient manner.
  • Produce up to date, real time reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure inspections, audits and servicing are achieved within priority timescales.
  • Raise any noncompliance or process failures with managers.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment
  • Previous experience within housing is desirable but not essential.
