Our client, a well-established and expanding Chester-based financial services company is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a global business, with a family feel, which offers flexible working, career progression and a very high level of development for its people.

Being the first point of contact for all new and existing customers
Introducing the business to new clients by having an excellent telephone manner and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Passing queries to the central administration team to be processed
Dealing with new and existing clients requests for information within a timely manner
Communicating effectively and regularly with clients to keep them updated with all necessary information
Assisting with marketing and business development and organising virtual and face to face events and seminars
Communicating effectively with senior level stakeholders, including Managing Director and Operations Director
Ensuring all internal processes are adhered to at all times this is a highly regulated industry and so compliance with processes is key
Administration experience with in a financial services environment, ideally trust administration (applicants with administration experience in the banking/ wealth management/ legal/ accountancy sectors will also be of interest)
A self started with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Package Details:
- £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Flexible & Hybrid working (Offices based in Chester)
