Job Description:

The Growth & Innovation practice at Sia Partners UK works with FTSE100, Fortune 500 and European equivalent companies to help them develop, create and deliver exciting new businesses that can generate significant revenues and tap new markets.

In the past ten years, we have built over 100 new ventures and businesses in telecoms, media and technology, utilities, consumer goods, manufacturing, industrial, defence, pharma, financial services and retail.

We help our clients develop and deliver new customer propositions and ventures that gain early momentum, rapid market traction and drive new revenues.

Starting with just a theme or an idea, we help our clients through each stage of the process - including market analysis, idea generation, proposition development, business cases, proof of concepts and launch to market.

The team is made up of corporate entrepreneurs; each of us has a strong mix of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience and a significant track record in successful new business launches for blue chip companies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for

Delivering high quality work with limited oversight;
Leading workstreams or small projects;
Supporting the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the UK and, if required, support overseas engagements;
Supporting the development of content and pitches for practicerelated opportunities and proposals;
Actively contributing to the development of Sia Partners 'assets' and IP including methodology, tools, templates, guidelines and lead initiatives to continuously improve and integrate them with other Sia Partners assets across the Practice;
Assisting in marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners & your practice across social networks;
Facilitating own learning by selfstudy and receive training from more Senior members of the organisation;
Interacting with other industry teams within Sia Partners to share information.
Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks;
Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners 'assets' including methodology and tools;

Qualifications:

We are looking for people with the following attributes:

3+ years of innovation experience (ideally in consulting) with strong examples of growing businesses by developing and delivering innovative propositions.
You are a strategic thinker and possess a solid consulting toolkit with polished communication skills and the ability to present compellingly to senior and director level clients.
You are a proven growth professional and with experience of identifying and delivering new areas of growth in major organisations, growth/innovation consultancies or venture/innovation companies.
Passionate about building businesses that are creative and imaginative, whilst being commercially viable in the market place.
