Our Self Directed Support (SDS) Team are growing and have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join their team as a
Personal Assistant Advisor on a full-time fixed term basis for one year.


This role is a flexible hybrid model with the majority of your role being homebased, however we will need you to live within a reasonable commute of our Inverurie office as occasional travel to the office will be needed.


As our Personal Assistant Advisor, your role will concentrate on providing additional local support to Personal Assistants working for our client's across Aberdeenshire and City.


Some of your main responsibilities will include: -

  • Answering queries from our Personal Assistants
  • Signposting Personal Assistants to the relevant service for advice and support
  • Having an awareness of the essential training available for Personal Assistants
  • Supporting the retention of our Personal Assistants
  • Signposting Personal Assistants to any new suitable vacancies within their local area

About You
**What we'll need you to bring: - **- A passion for person-centred care and support

  • A caring and professional attitude
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and solve problems
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift patterns
This role will involve working Monday - Friday hours.
