Overview

We are establishing ourselves in the building materials market, it's important that we maintain a tone of voice throughout our website and marketing channels that speaks to our customers - new and existing.

As well as capturing website traffic via various marketing channels, we are looking to create engaging written content that will stand out from the crowd.

We are looking for someone to join the team as a full time employee, we are not looking for a freelancer. It's a hybrid working model, so time will be split between working at our office in Shoreditch, London and from home._

You will

This will include writing blog and guide content for SEO purposes, which is central to our online growth.
Review and optimise existing content on our website (category, product, and blog pages).
Post content to the website (custom CMS & WordPress) and social channels.
Ensure that our tone of voice is weaved into existing and future content.

Requirements:

Experience of writing digital copywriting for an agency/brand, or an English degree.
Excellent written English skills and attention to detail.
Had exposure to tone of voice and ensuring that it's maintained throughout digital content.
Agile working skills, we need someone who can adapt to the demands of a startup and be able to prioritise tasks based on the business needs.
Ability to work with different stakeholders inside the business.
Portfolio of previous projects so we can understand written skills and style.
Experience working for/with an ecommerce or construction brand preferred not essential.

Work remotely:
Yes, option to work in London office if preferred
