    Syndicated Lending and Securitization Opportunities

    We are seeking an experienced Structured Finance Associate/Senior Associate (4-8 PQE, England & Wales qualified) to join our dynamic Finance team in London.

    This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex structured finance transactions for a global client base, including blue-chip international corporates, investment banks, and private equity firms. Our London office offers unparalleled exposure to market-leading work in syndicated lending, securitization, repackaging transactions, and other sophisticated financial products.

    Our team members regularly participate in:

    • Structuring and executing complex structured finance deals
    • Securitization, leveraged finance, and capital markets transactions
    • Advising top-tier international clients in sectors such as technology, energy, retail, and finance
    • Cross-border transactions with high visibility across jurisdictions
    • Working alongside highly regarded partners with direct client interaction

    About the Role:

    • 4-8 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance or a related field
    • England & Wales qualified or equivalent common law jurisdiction
    • Experience at a leading international, US, or City firm
    • Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and drafting expertise
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
