We now have an exciting opportunity for a convenience store assistant to join Aparthotel Birmingham

As a convenience store assistant, you will be required to
master the art of versatility and
inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.

The main duties expected within the role are:

Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
Continuously maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on shop floor for customers at all times.
Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel.
Assist with hotel security. Ensure any issues effectively communicated to the Duty Manager as soon as possible.
Understanding your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification.
Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
Be fully knowledgeable with services and promotions offered by the hotel and the shop.
