Job Description:


The role will be based in Hemel Hempstead, working Monday to Friday and will report to the Project Management Team and the Operations Team within the Health business area.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a small team and providing support to the projects and implementation team.
  • Working with the projects and implementation team to ensure project delivery dates are met.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully implemented.
  • Completing various tasks related to the implementation of a project.
  • General administration tasks to support the implementation I.e., collecting information from clients, creating user login accounts and disseminating these out to end users.
  • Providing training to end users.
  • Assisting with producing training materials.
  • Supporting with weekly reports and project tasks.
  • Adherence to Governance processes when completing daily duties.

Qualifications:


  • Experience Implementing or Training on Software Solutions
  • Helpdesk Experience would be desirable
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative.
  • Structured & proactive approach with an attention to detail.
  • Good numeracy and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
