Description
Groomfield recruitment are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join the team in the Aston area.


As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Hours - 7am-4pm ( overtime available)

Salary
- £12.00 p/h


Please note - A requirement for this position due to insurance purposes you will need to be over the age of 25 for this role.
Duties & responsibilities;

  • Operating a Counter balance FLT
  • Driving the company van on long hauls
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools as directed
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a labourintensive role preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials is beneficial
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks


Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
