Are you experienced workingwithin a responsive / day to day repair and maintenance background.


As a Repairs & Customer Advisor working with our Maintenance team, you'll respond brilliantly to tenants/ customers as the contact for our repairs service, keeping them updated at every stage and working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.


Doing your job brilliantly means using your knowledge, organisational skills and enthusiasm to make sure repairs are resolved effectively, supporting customers in their journey with us and helping us deliver amazing service first time, every time.


You'll have experience of delivering exceptional customer service - preferably within social housing - and getting through a high volume of work, remaining calm under pressure.

A team player, you'll be digitally savvy and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail, so you can learn our systems quickly and use them to deliver amazing results.


For this role, you must have experience with working on a Social Housing contract, along with excellent time management, Excel and communication skills.

You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.

As part of your role, you will have some Planner / Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Managing calls on system
  • Managing operatives diaries
  • General administration
  • Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
  • Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client


  • Document Control

  • Ensure worksheets/ photos are received and checked
  • Work towards individual and client KPI's
  • Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
  • Tracking and monitoring to completion on Excel spreadsheets and in house system.
  • Organisation of external supply companies
Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with colleagues, suppliers and trades.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
