The Mill bagel café in Stranmillis is looking for a skilled Barista to join the team.

This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic and experienced coffee maker who has the personality, in-depth knowledge and passion to perform in a growing business.

You will have worked for some of the best coffee shops in the area and be able to demonstrate latte art in every cup.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile
• Prepare coffee and espresso beverages, with incredible latte art as standard
• Dial in the coffee machine each morning
• Set up for the morning including checking off deliveries
• Clean and maintain the coffee equipment where necessary
• Serve customers their order following health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Help with café cleanup at the end of shift
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar area and floor
• Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
• Work with a team to ensure that customers have a great experience
• Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Work as a team to help one another succeed in your roles
• Inform management when coffee bar stock needs ordered

Pay:
£11.44-£12.00 per hour

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• Barista experience: 2 years (preferred)
