£55,000 - £65,000 DOE + Excellent benefits package

Top 25 in their field we are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst that will work on a hybrid basis in London (2-3 days from home).You will have responsibility for administering the organisations IT Infrastructure, technical systems and cloud environments, includingCDW ServiceWorks, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams telephony/collaboration.


You will also provide third-line technical support for the Service Desk and will manage the escalation of support tickets to third-party vendors ensuring their resolution in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

The role will also provide opportunities to be part of the implementation of new systems and technical elements of key IT projects

What will I do?

  • Administer and maintain the Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory
  • Administer all other on premise infrastructure
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
  • Administer and maintain the Fortinet VPN, RSA authentication, HEAT patch management/device control and Carbon Black antimalware systems
  • Administer and maintain the AirWatch/Intune mobile device management and Wandera security systems

IT Project Support

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/201
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 201
  • Good knowledge of managing SQL server 2012 and 201
  • Good knowledge/experience of troubleshooting networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs
  • Good knowledge of enterprise security systems, such as endpoint protection and patching technologies
  • Good knowledge of administering Microsoft Azure and Office 36
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
  • Ability to perform research and development into new systems in preparation for implementation and third line support
