We are seeking to appoint a
Project Co-Ordinator to provide excellent Customer Service and administrative support within our Passive Department.

The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction to support the widerteam.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The role will involve, but not be limited to:

Using in house programmes, load and record works assigned and review and allocate assigned tasks within the team
Prepare standard project reports for project delivery to clients
Hold client meetings either in person or via teams
Contribute and assist in the execution of the Project Management including the preparation of financial forecasts
Proactive approach to management of workload
Effective communication with internal and external customers

Person Specification

Knowledge of computer project management software
Excellent knowledge of Excel & Word
Selfmotivated personality energy, drive and enthusiasm
Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail
Be respectful to others customers, colleagues, managers, directors
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
Respectful to others, customers colleagues, Managers & Directors alike
