- FulltimeHunter Savage are delighted to be supporting a large, well established NI employer, headquartered in Belfast City centre, to recruit a Recruitment Team Lead.
This is a newly created, permanent Recruitment Team Lead job, full time hours and offering a very attractive salary and benefits package.
The successful Recruitment Leader will enjoy working as part of a very busy team, reporting to the Resourcing Manger and with 2 reports.
This is a great opportunity for someone to really shape the role and grow within a large organisation.The Role:
- Assist the Resourcing Manager with the formulation of the resourcing strategy, leading on the development of creative and effective sourcing strategies, plans and initiatives.
- Lead on the strategic and operational management of recruitment agency partnerships
- Undertake external benchmarking of recruitment and selection related matters to provide innovative methods of improving current processes
- Develop proactive initiatives and recruitment campaigns to meet requirements
- Regularly review use of technology to attract applicants
- Lead and motivate a small team of recruitment administrators train, develop and coach the team
- Manage end to end recruitment processes up to and including senior management level
- Review and approve offer letters up to management level
- Lead on the new joiner and onboarding process
- Assist in the development and management of assessment centres
- Use recruitment metrics to provide information to line managers
- Act as the key contact for managers in relation to complex recruitment queries
The Person:
Essential:
- Degree qualification or equivalent
AND
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant recruitment experience managing end to end processes
- Experience of providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on recruitment issues
- Ability to identify creative and innovative solutions to resourcing issues and implement them effectively
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning skills
Desirable:
- Experience of managing or supervising a small team, including the allocation and checking of work
