The Role:
The post of Learner Outcome Co-Ordinator is a pivotal role in coordinating the learner outcomes for the employer engagement team at Telford College.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the College's learner outcomes are gathered timely, and the systems are kept up to date to ensure funding guidelines are adhered to.
The post holder will work with team members to ensure data is collected timely for outcomes and produce reports for the management team, making maximum use of all resources available
Main
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Maintain regular contact with learners to ensure support from Provision to gainful employment.
- Accurate tracking and interventions provided for all learner on our Employability courses
- Assist with interview generation to support learners into gainful and sustainable employment
- Coordination and Monitoring of learner outcomes working to a KPI of 65% positive outcome.
- Support learners with advice and guidance in finding sustainable employment
- Working with local employers, JCP and stakeholders to build positive relationships to support outcome opportunities
- Cross selling of all College offer, and signposting to appropriate outcome opportunities
- Provide data reports for the business programme manager on learner outcomes regularly. Use of Microsoft office and Excel an advantage
- Support with learner surveys to ensure quality of provision and that learners needs are met
- Contribute to the positive outcomes of learners
- Monitor and report information using a range of internal college systems, working closely with internal departments
- Contribute to the quality standardisation across the team.
- Attend open evenings and recruitment events as agreed with the College.
- Contribute to the team SAR process
- Attend meetings as required by the directorate

The specific responsibilities of this post are:
- Contribute and develop quality process for, advice and guidance and outcomes for learners
- Ensure that all paperwork reflects the quality procedures required by the team.
- Work within the College Quality Policies, Ofqual and Joint Awarding Bodies Guidance.
- Ensure all work carried out for and on behalf of the College and its customers remains confidential and is not disclosed to any third party who might benefit from this disclosure.
- Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the College.
- Always strive for continuous improvement in your professional practice and delivery of outcomes.
- Participate in the College's performance development reviews and engage in continuous professional development.
- Be compliant with Data Protection Act arrangements and confidentiality.
- Identify the financial, health and safety, equality, safeguarding, confidentiality or other risks associated with the post's sphere of responsibility and to define and take positive action to manage these risks.
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
