As Customer Service/Sales Support - you will be responsible for:
- working in a busy office, processing orders through inhouse MIS system and Label Traxx
- Create daily estimates, sending to customer direct, full training given
- Following up on all the estimates, to generate more business
- Dealing with incoming and making outgoing calls, providing customers with excellent service, with a polite and professional manner
- Educating customers on products and services we offer, liaise with customers to provide delivery information, deal with outgoing post, samples included, in a timely manner
- Any general administration requirements to assist the team
- Supporting sales and accounts by raising invoices or credit notes
- Liaise with customers to arrange deliveries and track proof of delivery
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- 2 years administration experience
- A background in labels, ideally, but litho print will also be considered
- Good estimating skills
- MIS experience and ability to use Exel
- Enthusiasm for customer and client development
- IT skills to include Microsoft Office
