The Job.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our Group services. A nationwide role with frequent working in our Birmingham offices where our Group services are based.

We are open to consider full time or part time working arrangementsand encourage applicants to contact us for any questions or to discuss further.


You will be leading the marketing team to develop and implement UK-wide marketing strategies to grow our business and continue to improve the company's market position.

You will support 16 offices and 7 areas of expertise with identifying business opportunitiesand setting marketing objectives and plans to enhance our profile using various marketing measures and tools.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing company and to develop your skills with exposure to a full range of marketing, including events and PR, social media, web design, content marketing, internal and client comms and CRM.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • A related degree or equivalent marketing experience
  • CIM professional qualification.
  • Experience in strategic B2B marketing and ways to enhance company's market position.
  • Experience with budgets and events.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • To be able to work independently, flexibly as well as effectively in a team.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content
  • Organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
  • To be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Networking and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills
