- Our client is a wellestablished, small and teamfocused business providing compressed air engineering services to a range of industry. Our company values are to uphold outstanding customer service and unrivalled quality of work, delivered in the most efficientmanner.
- Our client are an Authorised Distributor of a premium, German equipment manufacturer and therefore maintaining our strong reputation for performance and upholding our valves is paramount.
Benefits:
- £30,000 to £40,000 annual basic salary, dependent on experience
- Plus, commission structure to KPI's (uncapped, but circa £7,500 per annum)
- OTE up to around £47,500

- 29 days holiday (including public holidays).
Quick overview of the role:
- Developing and winning new equipment sales and pipework installation business.
- Preparing and issuing technical proposals and quotations.
- Seeking and winning new air compressor service business opportunities.
- Conducting site visits and surveys across Kent, Greater London, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and the surrounds.
- Surveying equipment and pipework jobs, then quoting and chasing.
- Some door to door knocking but not much
- Generating new business from the office
- Going out and seeking more work, with a mix of 85% warm, inbound and 15% cold, selfsourced leads.
- Some sales experience but looking to get fully into a technical sales role.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of the compressed air industry is not vital as we provide full, manufacturerbacked training.
- Sales experience and a keen interest or background within technical disciplines is required.
