We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases
- Excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Up sell products and services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Ability to sell products effectively while meeting customer needs
- Organizational skills to maintain records and manage tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
