We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases
  • Excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Up sell products and services to enhance customer experience
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
  • Ability to sell products effectively while meeting customer needs
  • Organizational skills to maintain records and manage tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
