Key Responsibilities:

Establish the vision for Salesforce and communicate the drivers and benefits to all stakeholders.
Drive the change that's needed to embed a culture of high user adoption within our organisation.
Define, maintain and regularly communicate on the Salesforce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities (Continued):

Work crossfunctionally to ensure the key deliverables are in line with the local business focus in all regions within our Global division.
Define the Salesforce KPI's as well as acceptance criteria of the work to be done.
Ownership and responsibility for user testing as and when required.
Manage product delivery expectations and status reporting to project stakeholders.
Mange and develop our Salesforce Admin team ensuring alignment and focus to the overall Salesforce and business strategy.
Be the Salesforce ambassador our business needs, ensuring training and support is effectively implemented across our business.
Ignite our Salesforce superusers within each business and rally support across the wider division as and when needed.
Salesforce platform experience in a similar Salesforce Product Ownership role.
Demonstrated expertise of Salesforce products and platforms.
Strong experience of delivering large scale IT Transformation projects to their agreed success criteria.
Ability to understand business challenges and design best practise solutions tailored to business needs.
The ability to collaborate successfully across teams as well as effectively manage the Salesforce admin team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
An effective decision maker who is well organised with a high level of diplomacy.
Proven experience with process improvement delivering real positive change.
Must have the ability to make decisions & recommendations on technology strategies.
Excellent time management and organisation skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative within a fastpaced environment.

Purpose of Statement:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner with the technical knowledge and business acumen to own and manage our Salesforce platform end to end, including driving user adoption.

Our business is committed to investing heavily in our Salesforce platform and so will be relying fully on this induvial to deliver on the agenda that best supports our global business.

The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring success is achieved and failure is not an option.

The Salesforce Product Owner will ensure full transparency of the overall Salesforce plan is delivering against KPI's, update the wider business regularly on progress and be the direct point of contact with our Group Salesforce team and external technical consultants.

In order to be successful in this role, the Salesforce Product Owner will be an excellent communicator knowing when and what to communicate to the business in order to keep the project moving forward at all times.

This is an office-based position based in Kingspan Data & Flooring Technology EMEA headquarters in Hull.
