Portico are recruiting for a brand-new Regional Facilities Host, to join our teams covering the Poole, Southampton, and Brighton offices of a famous banking client.

The Facilities Hosts are the go-to people for the day to day needs of our clients.

The objective of the role is to deliver an exceptional and engaging colleague environment, working alongside the workplace services team, exposed to many aspects of facilities management.


Main duties include:
Maintaining the office environment to a high standard
Raising property jobs
Hosting visitors
Preparing building communications
Updating signage
Replenishing consumables
Answering client queries and actioning feedback
Supporting social and charitable initiatives

This role involves weekly travel to all three of the banks south coast offices in Poole, Brighton, and Southampton. Travel expenses will be covered from the Southampton office to the ones in Poole and Brighton.

Shifts: 40 hours per week with rotating shifts between 8:00-17:00, from Mon-Fri.


Salary:
£27,000 per annum + Travel expenses from the Southampton office, claimable every 2 weeks.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role is essential.
