Software
Implementation Consultant to help us on our journey.
THE ROLE:
Location:
Grove House, Donegal Pass, Belfast, BT7 1DT
Hours of work: 39.5 per week excluding meal breaks
Salary:
£25K
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Customer project initiation
- Create customer WorkPal Install
- Complete welcome call
- Gather customer information for the implementation process
- Project Management
- Manage and set customer's expectations in terms of how the implementation process
- Liaising between WorkPal teams to manage tickets and deadlines, keeping the customer up to date on progress
- Record updates and actions on customer projects using WorkPal tickets
- Work to milestones and deadlines
- Go to point of contact for implementing customers
- Project Support
- Schedule meetings and calls with customer
- Complete weekly checkin calls with customers, monitor and advise on progress
- Complete administrative or troubleshooting support tasks
- Provide answers to 'How do I?' type queries or support via online training sessions
- Quality
- Record accurately and in a timely fashion
- Follow implementations processes
- Keep up to date with platform changes and new features
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role/transferable skills
- Previous customerfacing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and task focussed with a methodical approach to work
- Excellent communicator at all levels in both spoken and written formats
- Minimum education level A-Level to include GCSE Maths and English at A
- C/equivalent or demonstration of qualification by experience
- Maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
- Project Management
- You will have exceptional people skills. Your manner is approachable, patient and confident
- You will have an ability to handle objections where required
- Communicate and provide training, at all levels, both verbally and in writing, face to face or by webinar
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work individually as well as a team
- Thrive in a fastpaced, task focussed environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines
- An interest in technology is preferred
Salary:
Starting £25,000, expenses paid for all overnight stays, subsistence and mileage whilst on business
