About Us
Choosing to work at Stef & Philips is about more than just having a job.

All members of our team share the same goal:

to help improve the lives of vulnerable people around the UK, by delivering safe, suitable homes and vital services for the homeless, backed by investors who care.

This people-centred ethos is reflected in our company culture; we prioritise wellbeing, inclusion, and opportunity for all.

Our Journey so Far

Since first opening our doors in 2006, Stef & Philips has evolved from a traditional estate agency into a leading provider of UK wide social housing and services funded through private investment.

We work closely with local authorities, housing associations, charitable organisations, and investors to provide high quality accommodation and support schemes to those who really need them.

Today, we have 4000 units under management, housing more than 9,500 tenants, and service over 200 investors and 60+ local authorities.

We work with private and corporate investors who want their funds to have a positive social impact and handle every step of the journey, from sourcing the right properties, to remodelling and refurbishing them to our high standards, and then fully managing and maintaining them throughout their lease term.

We pride ourselves on the fact that the local authorities, charities, and housing associations that place singles, couples, and families in our accommodation can rely on consistent quality, care, and support.

Our accommodation includes HMOs, flats, and houses, and our care reaches beyond bricks and mortar, to include specialised accommodation and services for mothers and babies, tenants with disabilities, and young adults living on their own for the first time.
