*Teaching Assistant - Romford*We are seeking a Teaching Assistant role to work within a primary school in the Romford area. In this role as a Teaching Assistant, you can help students in either the primary or secondary classes with their learning to help be prepared for their transition into their next stage of their life.

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Teaching Assistant but you will ideally have previous experience working with children in some capacity.

*The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant you will need to work in a school setting supporting pupils with their learning
You could either support pupils in primary or secondary depending on your experience and skillset
Work with the class teacher to help creat fun and engaging lessons for students
Be open to working with SEN children when required to support their learning
Contribute towards a safe and stimulating learning environment

*Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and active listening skills to motivate pupils to learn is essential as a Teaching Assistant
You will need to have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
As a Teaching Assistant you'll need to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities
You must've previously worked with children in some capacity
Either live in Romford or within a commutable distance
