This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain a broad knowledge of housing whilst developing the ability to deliver a wide range of housing services all whilst gaining a level 3 housing qualification.

About the Apprenticeship


We have two exciting opportunities to join us on a two-year placement which will allow you to complete a level 3 housing apprenticeship programme.

You will receive on the job learning, practical experience and training opportunities including the opportunity to gain a formal qualification to set you up for you housing career.

This will include an end point assessment.


You will learn all about the following services:

  • Income collection
  • Tenancy management and support
  • Community Investment
  • Antisocial behaviour and partnership working
  • Management and reletting of properties
  • Neighbourhood and estate management
  • Retirement living
  • Home Ownership and leasehold services
  • Customer service
  • Housing law

What we're looking for:


  • You will have achieved level 2 functional skills in maths and english
  • Evidence of providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to build trusting relationships with a diverse range of people
  • The ability to take ownership of your training
  • A desire to build a career in social housing
  • A passion for change and innovation
