Purchase Ledger Clerk

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm; Friday 9am - 4:30pm

CSR are currently seeking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Civil Engineering client in Portadown. You will work as part of the Finance department providing support to a busy purchase ledger team.


Duties:


  • Matching, checking & coding invoices,
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders dockets,
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing,
  • Data entry and filing invoices,
  • Dealing with suppliers' when required,
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management to facilitate running office.

Skills Required:


  • Working experience of Sage Line 50,
  • Accuracy with coding is vital,
  • Previous experience of working within an account's office,
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills,
  • Ability to meet deadlines,
  • Selfdiscipline,
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Experience of working in an office / civil engineering
