Are you looking for a new challenge and an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills? Come and join our Wellbeing Team in our busy East of England Ambulance Service where we provide health and wellbeing services to our staff, learners and volunteers.


We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and lead the development of our Health and Wellbeing service.


We are proud of our health and wellbeing programme which is expanding to meet the needs of our colleagues throughout the Trust.

The Head of Health and Wellbeing will play a leadership role in the fields of workplace health and wellbeing.

Responsible for policy, strategy development and performance review, the post holder will facilitate delivery of workplace health and wellbeing objectives.

In addition, the post holder will lead on work streams to meet national or accreditation requirements.


The post holder will ensure provision of quality data and support Trust leaders to meet governance and compliance requirements, making evidence-based recommendations to improve performance in the areas of workplace health and wellbeing.


This post holder will take responsibility for the activities of the Wellbeing Team in maintaining, supporting, and leading a wide range of wellbeing initiatives and functions, designed to support and promote the wellbeing of staff, learners and volunteers.


A key element of the role will be promoting East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust's successes on a regional and national level, to secure the Trust's reputation as an organisation leading the way in these areas of work.


This is a varied and interesting role, and we are looking for a proactive individual who will be able to drive the health and wellbeing agenda, and develop a sector leading service.
