Regulatory Paralegal

SALARY:
Circa £28,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE:


An unrivalled career development opportunity has arisen with a supportive and welcoming regulatory body, for an experienced Regulatory Paralegal on a 10month fixed term contract.

Joining this small and friendly team, the successful Regulatory Paralegal will be tasked with handling a small but complex caseload of fitness to practice investigations from complaint to conclusion, presenting an exceptional opportunity to handle to full lifecycleof a case.

Duties will typically involve interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, analysing evidence, drafting reports and liaising with a variety stakeholders.

You will be working closely with the senior management team and will be given the opportunity and support to learn new elements of the role as required.


THE CANDIDATE:


This role is suited to an experienced Regulatory Paralegal with experience gained within the healthcare regulatory market, giving a solid understanding of the fitness to practice process.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle vulnerable andreluctant witnesses with empathy and compassion, whilst also gathering the required information accurately and efficiently.

You will be highly organised, able to work independently and will have a strong willingness to learn.
This role is available to commence at short notice for a period of at least 10 months.
