Here at Penguin, we are often expanding and on the lookout for enthusiastic, ambitious individuals to join our team in our stunning Mumbles offices.

We don't expect you to have any experience in recruitment, just the desire & motivation to do well and progressin your career

You'll find yourself surrounded by hard-working, social colleagues who will support you throughout your training and career progression. We offer various social incentives which you can participate in on a regular basis; more recently we've been to the MarcoPierre White Steakhouse in Swansea, Alton Towers, Go Ape, Zip Lining, hosted many charity quizzes and been to many bars along the way

Typical duties will include:

Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
Advert writing.
Supporting fee negotiations.
Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPI's.
