Location:
Home based with regular meetings at various locations with the team.

Some travel is required during the F1 racing season.


Days/Hours worked:
Monday-Friday,35-hour week. Would consider part-time.

Our company works directly with Rights Holders (Sports), Teams, Partners, Sponsors, Resellersand guests to make sure that the experiences offered are of the highest standard.

We operate all around the globe with the majority of our events taking place overseas.

General Overview:

This is a newly created position, being introduced to help support the continued growth of Expert Hosts.

The position will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and implementing basic financial procedures, to ensure a smooth running of all invoicingand expense processing.

This person will also provide PA support to the Founder/Director of the company, as well as general administrative support to the wider team.


We are looking for exceptionally motivated individuals with particularly high moral and ethical fibre to join some like-minded and passionate individuals; in order to share sport and all its privileges to the wider community.


Day to Day Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Financial bookkeeping (approx. 50% of the role)

  • Expenses management
  • Client invoicing
  • Organisation of accounts to aid reporting and strategic decisions
  • Liaising with external accountants as required

Travel coordinating (approx. 35%)

  • Coordinate travel arrangements across 24 Grands Prix
  • Team travel planning
  • Utilising an external company to submit requests and book all flights, hotels and transfers.
  • Management of the travel budget

Team Assistant (approx. 15%)

  • Booking meetings
  • Running Pre event / Post event meetings
  • Organising team meeting structures around travel
  • Diary management (Founder/Director only)
  • Client meeting requests for Senior team members
  • Streamline the communication from team to clients.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required

  • Financial qualification an advantage but not required
  • Experience with general bookkeeping processes essential
  • Experience implementing new procedures within a growing business
  • Proven experience managing international travel
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work autonomously, but enjoys being part of a team
  • Approachable, friendly and with a flexible attitude
