Job Details:
Completing both sales and administration duties to allow a smooth working operation and being a huge part of the existing team with the growth plans of the business.
Working for a local family run company who sells products within the food and drinks industry, this exciting role is for someone who has ambition for career progression and thrives on success and good public relations.
Typical duties includes:
Telephone answering and assisting the call accordingly
Process the sales order from the customer into the system
Ensure production department have the correct order details
Create invoices
Take payments
Arrange distribution times and locations
Skills and qualities
Someone who can prioritise working daily tasks
Good organisation and strong communication skills
Self motivated
A 'people' person who enjoys liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
Attention to details and accuracy is required
Hours & Salary
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
