The role:


Outstanding opportunity for an established Commercial Property (Telecoms) Associate 5+ years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Bristol
.


This national Real Estate team is one of the largest of its kind and houses a large team of experts who deal with the full range of real estate asset classes, no matter how large or complex.


They are looking to bring in an additional Associate who will focus mainly on telecoms work, among a broader diet of Commercial Property matters.


The team, which mostly represents landowners against the main code operators, provides advice on matters such as the installation or removal of telecom masts, the renewal of mast agreements, the right to fibre/broadband cabling, and the right to update current equipment.


With a strong national network of contacts and industry ties, there is a solid platform available for lawyers to forge new connections and broaden current ones to take their practice to the next level.


  • Commercial Property Associate 5+ years PQEwith interest/expertise in telecoms
