You will be an experienced Private Client solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 3 years PQE.

Ideally you'll be STEP qualified or at least motivated to work towards that qualification and become a go to person.

You'll be given the autonomy to run and develop your own caseload and build client relationships. You'll be confident and enthusiastic about networking and business development tasks.

Many lawyers within the team are STEP members but everyone shares their expertise, knowledge and experience to support one another.
