Description
We have an opportunity for a Deputy Pathology Computer Systems Validation Lead to support building capability of Business Change Managers in Quality Improvement methods, approaches, tools and techniques, and facilitate frontline staff to test, implement and
spread sustainable improvement across a system of care.


You will also lead specific validation projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organisational strategic and operational requirements and deliver the benefits of transformation and capital investment projects.

This will be an agile working role with the need to visit various sites as required.

Responsible for planning and delivery on the co-production and implementation of validation projects across Cancer & Diagnostics division.

This will include surveys of the emerging and current best practice, liaison with service users, monitoring of key commercial developments and close working with stakeholders to prepare the case for change and change management plans.


Support the coordination of the working priorities of the CSV (Validation) team ensuring that resources are allocated to appropriate projects / skill mix.

Ensure impacts of changes to service models and business processes
are properly considered, understood and managed as part of the programme governance structures within the Trust.

If you are passionate about patient care and want to develop your skills and knowledge then we are keen to hear from you.


Make effective use of Microsoft Office, specialist project management software packages, transformation methodologies and the configuration management of all project related documentation.

Undertake the regular reporting of business process change, testing and project management activities to the CSV Lead and other key stakeholders through verbal and written reports, highlighting key information including progress, issues and new or changed
risks.

Deputise for the CSV lead when required
