We have an opportunity for a Deputy Pathology Computer Systems Validation Lead to support building capability of Business Change Managers in Quality Improvement methods, approaches, tools and techniques, and facilitate frontline staff to test, implement andspread sustainable improvement across a system of care.
You will also lead specific validation projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organisational strategic and operational requirements and deliver the benefits of transformation and capital investment projects.

Responsible for planning and delivery on the co-production and implementation of validation projects across Cancer & Diagnostics division.
This will include surveys of the emerging and current best practice, liaison with service users, monitoring of key commercial developments and close working with stakeholders to prepare the case for change and change management plans.
Support the coordination of the working priorities of the CSV (Validation) team ensuring that resources are allocated to appropriate projects / skill mix.
