Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant - Luton - Salary Circa £24,000-£30,000 DOE

We are recruiting for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an up-and-coming RIBA Chartered practice based out of their idyllic farm office in Dunstable, Luton.

Due to a growing workload, they now require yet another fresh face to join theirfriendly team.

This practice specializes in a range of different projects including Residential, Specialist Housing, Independent Living, Ecclesiastical, Schools/Education and Commercial Experience working on projects in these sectors would be highly advantageous but notessential.

Key to this practice is being able to deliver projects above expectations in the industry and this is achieved through the great team vision and vibe that runs throughout

As their Part 2 Architectural Assistant, it is expected that you'll have a great understanding and eye for technical details and can confidently produce accurate drawings - AutoCAD and Revit is used in this practice and having experience with it is desirable.

You will assist the team with numerous projects varying in size from inception to delivery on-site, develop briefs based on simple changes and work closely with clients.

The salary for this position is £24,000-£30,000 depending on previous experience.

To be considered for the role:

  • Obtain relevant degrees in Architecture
  • RIBA Part 1 and 2 (Bachelors and Masters).
  • Ability to use AutoCAD and Revit independently.
  • Have at least 1 year of inpractice experience.
  • Organised and selfmotivated manner.
  • Confident communicator.
